Return Period
You may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
Returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Include all original packaging and tags.
Not be custom-made (items with personalized designs, colors, or patterns are non-refundable due to their tailored nature).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for the return.
All returned items must be shipped to our designated location in Ethiopia.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact our support team at support@helenhabeshaclothes.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of your return package.
Send the item(s) to the provided address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or arrange an exchange.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any initial shipping charges.
A shipping cost receipt will be sent to your email or WhatsApp (if provided).
You will be notified once your return is processed. If approved, the refund will be made within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted, subject to item availability.
Additional shipping charges for exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact us in advance to arrange the exchange and confirm item availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Items that have been damaged, altered, or used by the customer.
Custom orders made to the customer’s specific design, size, color, or pattern preferences.
European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your purchase is delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period, during which you may return the item(s) for any reason and without justification.
Conditions for EU returns:
Item(s) must be returned unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.
Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
